Maarten & his team
Maarten Feldmeijer runs our kitchen in the Glashaus Restaurant. After successfully completing his apprenticeship in his home town, Maarten was able to gain a lot of experience on his journey through the starred kitchens of France and the Netherlands and get to know different flavors, which he now passes on with his team.

The modern cuisine of the Glashaus Restaurant places great value on the constant development of the dishes. Maarten and his team pay attention to excellent quality and carefully selected ingredients in order to meet the guests’ requirements at all times.

Under the management of Tim Blumenroth, our service team stands for hospitality, attention to detail and perfection. “In order to provide you with an all-round harmonious experience, we not only attach importance to culinary delights but also to excellent service and selected wines,” Tim Blumenroth.
