Maarten Feldmeijer runs our kitchen in the Glashaus Restaurant. After successfully completing his apprenticeship in his home town, Maarten was able to gain a lot of experience on his journey through the starred kitchens of France and the Netherlands and get to know different flavors, which he now passes on with his team.
